The Clinical Advisory Board is an important part of our commitment to building a clinically led and inclusive environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute to the future of dentistry. Through this group, we ensure that the voices of clinicians, dental nurses and wider clinical teams are represented at every level of decision-making. It’s one of the many ways we bring our People Values – We Respect Each Other, We Grow Together, We Achieve as One – to life across the organisation. By listening to the insights and lived experiences of our teams, we can continue to shape a workplace where people feel supported, recognised and inspired to deliver the best possible care for patients. The Board’s growth reflects our long-term commitment to clinical collaboration, transparency and shared success. =
