Dr. Rodrigo Gutierrez Specialist Orthodontist, LDS RCS (England), MFDS RCS (Edinburgh), MSc (Ortho) King’s College London, MOrth RCS (Edinburgh) Rodrigo qualified as a dentist in 2002 in Nicaragua, in 2006 he obtained his first Master’s degree in Orthodontics in Mexico City. He then relocated to the UK and spent several years gaining experience in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery working in the NHS. He obtained the LDS of the Royal College of Surgeons and the MFDS of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2013.He then commenced a three-year postgraduate training in Orthodontics at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, King’s College London and Queen Victoria Hospital. In 2017 he was awarded a second master’s degree in Orthodontics from King’s College London and the Membership in Orthodontics (MOrth.), leading to the registration as Specialist Orthodontist with the General Dental Council in 2017. Rodrigo specializes in Invisalign for teens and adults in Hull, York and East Riding of Yorkshire.

Sally Alwan Orthodontist

Dr Sally is a highly skilled and compassionate clinician with over a decade of experience in delivering outstanding orthodontic care. A graduate of the University of Sheffield, she returned to her East Yorkshire roots to complete her foundation training.
She became Lead Clinical Surgeon at a respected independent practice in Hull. During her five years in this leadership role, she guided her team to clinical excellence and built a reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
Dr Sally holds the MJDF from the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the MFDS from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. With a passion for continuous learning, she completed her Master’s degree in Orthodontics at the University of Warwick.
In her current role as Orthodontic Clinical Development Adviser for {my}dentist, Sally supports orthodontists across the UK. She leads on clinical development projects, resolves complex clinical issues, and delivers innovative training initiatives.
Sally offers both NHS/Private orthodontic services to children and adults, from traditional braces to Invisalign, she helps each patient achieve a smile they can be proud of. Sally offers a range of teeth straightening options including, Invisalign, Spark aligners, clear braces and clear aligners, we offer payment plans including interest-free options.

Hayley Speck Orthodontic Therapist

Hayley Qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2005. Hayley then qualified in Radiography in 2006. Hayley had worked at a busy NHS practice for 7 years then moved to a fully private practice where she stayed for 2 years. Hayley then progressed to The Beverley Orthodontic Centre in March 2011 and completed many courses during her time here. In 2016, Hayley went for an interview to pursue a career in Orthodontic Therapy at The Leeds Dental hospital and passed in 2017 and has been an Orthodontic Therapist at the practice ever since. Hayley is a compassionate team member who takes great pride in patient care and towards her colleagues. Hayley is an asset to The Beverley Orthodontic Centre and is admired by her team. She supports the teeth straightening journey through the delivery of fixed braces, clear braces, Invisalign clear aligners, Invisalign Teen and retainers for your new smile.
Hayley loves to spend time with her family and socialising with her friends in her garden pub.

Kristina Bates Orthodontic Therapist

Krissy joined Beverley Orthodontic Centre here in Hull, East Riding in 2018 as a qualified dental nurse, later becoming the head nurse here in Beverley. Krissy qualified as an Orthodontic Therapist in 2024 with The Royal College of Surgeons England. She thoroughly enjoys working with all of our Orthodontic patients, whether they are wearing Invisalign, Metal Fixed Braces or Clear Aligners she can do it all. She works alongside our highly regarded Orthodontists and supports the teeth straightening journey by providing a comprehensive range of NHS and Private treatments to children and adults including, Fixed Braces, Clear Braces, Invisalign, Clear Aligners, Invisalign Teen and Retainers for your new smile. Krissy takes pride in patient care and with her calm and kind nature she is an asset to the team. The most rewarding part of Krissy's job is seeing the transformation of her patients smile and watching their confidence grow, knowing she is part of each journey, is simply the best feeling. In her spare time, Krissy loves spending time outdoors, whether it be walking her dog Winnie, spending time with her horse, or have a lovely bite to eat.

Rachael Hartley Orthodontic Therapist

Rachael started working at The Beverley Orthodontic Centre in 2012 as a qualified Dental Nurse. Whilst working at this practice Rachael passed the following courses, NEBDN Dental Radiography in July 2012, Dental Impression Taking Certificate in August 2012, Foundation Degree for Post Qualifying Dental Nursing in July 2015, BSC Health Professional Studies in July 2017, Level 3 Award in Education and Training in March 2017 and the NEBDN Orthodontic Dental Nursing in November 2018. Rachael then qualified with a Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy in June 2019 at the Leeds Dental Institute.
Rachael started working in the Scunthorpe practice also in 2025. Rachael enjoys seeing the patients before/after photographs and being part of their perfect smile journey. Rachael is an asset to Beverley and Scunthorpe practice and is admired by her team. Rachael assists in providing a comprehensive range of treatments including, Fixed Braces, Clear Braces, Invisalign, Clear Aligners, Invisalign Teen and Retainers for your new smile.
