Dr. Ian Toibin is a GDC registered Specialist Orthodontist, who has completed his Postgraduate Doctorate in Orthodontics at the prestigious Bristol Dental School, University of Bristol.Dr. Toibin's career in dentistry began when he qualified as a Dental Hygienist & Therapist in 2001, Ian later qualified a General Dental Practitioner in 2009.Dr Toibin had a keen interest in Orthodontics, working as a Specialty Doctor in a hospital setting and as a Dentist with a special interest in Orthodontics for 6 years.Ian has extensive experience working with anxious pediatric patients across the UK, including the renowned Alder Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool and in community services.Outside of work, Ian is married with a little one and is keen on fitness and the outdoors. He loves swimming and especially long runs with his dog Sascha. He has completed 3 full-distance Iron man triathlon races, including the European Championships.

Smriti has completed her MSc. In Endodontology from Chester University and has been accepting referrals for complicated root canal treatment for saving teeth which she does under microscope. She passionately believes in saving teeth and giving it more time which otherwise would have been extracted. Smriti also places implants and provides clear aligner (clearcorrect) for straightening teeth. Dr Smriti Verma was awarded Bachelor of Dental Surgery by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in the year 2003, Since then she has been engaged in private practice in India providing General dentistry. She has also worked in Yerla dental college and hospital (India) as dental surgeon in prosthodontic department where she honed her skills in crowns bridges and dentures. She passed her licence examination to practice in UK in 2019. Smriti is enthusiastic about all aspects of dentistry and believes in saving teeth. She promotes preventive approach to dental treatment. Smriti regularly attends different courses to expand her skills and refine her existing skills. She likes to keep herself up to date with new advances.. Smriti is currently preparing for her M.Endo (RCS Edinburgh) for 2025. She has also enrolled for Kois institute (Seattle, USA) 2025 for aesthetic dentistry.

Laxmi is a general dentist qualifying in 2010 from Ghandi in India. Before leaving India and moving to the UK, Laxmi worked in a private practice in India for 3 years, this is where she gained valuable knowledge and an intertest in smile makeovers and prosthodontics.Laxmi has worked in the UK since 2016 in another NHS practice. She is currently pursuing her Mclindent in fixed and removable prosthodontics from King's College London. Laxmi enjoys practicing general dentistry and has a special interest in providing Invisalign, smile makeovers, veneers and composite bonding. Laxmi loves to transform smiles.Apart from Dentistry, Laxmi is also an avid baker and enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes. She also enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Julie works with us here, in Yeovil on a part time basis amongst other practices in the Somerset area of {my}dentist. Throughout her time as a hygienist, she has worked in general practice, both in the NHS and privately, giving her a wide range of clinical experience and patient understanding. With this Julie excels in making her patients feel at ease and comfortable whilst promoting and maintaining oral hygiene for all of our patients, often making them want to smile again because Julie believes smiling is a big quality of life.In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her children and grand children and travelling the world.
