Dr Aran Maxwell-Cox is an award-winning dentist with a particular interest in clear aligner treatment, cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics. A graduate of the University of Dundee in 2014, he has continued to develop his skills through numerous postgraduate qualifications and is currently working towards a diploma in Orthodontics, with the aim of becoming a Dentist with Special Interest. Aran is Scotland's leading ClearCorrect provider and enjoys helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles through personalised treatment planning. He also provides single dental implants and embraces a digital approach to dentistry wherever possible, using intraoral scanning technology that allows patients to preview potential treatment outcomes before getting started. Known for his patient-centred approach, Aran's philosophy is simple: "We treat people, not teeth." He takes the time to get to know each patient, explain treatment options in clear, straightforward language and ensure they feel informed and supported throughout their dental journey. Alongside his clinical work, Aran is passionate about education and regularly teaches other dental professionals on the latest techniques both within practice settings and at industry events. Outside of dentistry, Aran has travelled to over 80 countries, speaks French and enjoys spending time with his family and dog.
