Terms & Conditions

Promoters 
The promoters of this prize draw (“Prize Draw”) are: 

mydentist Group Limited, trading as mydentist, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registration number 05657369, and with its registered office at Europa House, Europa Trading Estate, Stoneclough Road, Kearsley, Manchester, M26 1GG (“mydentist”); and 

Healthy Smile Pharmacy Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registration number 12881462, and with its registered office at 7th Floor, 10 Bloomsbury Way, London, WC1A 2SL (“Healthy Smile Pharmacy”). 
mydentist and Healthy Smile Pharmacy together are referred to as the “Promoters”. 

The Prizes 
There is one (1) main prize, and three (3) runners-up prizes available to be won. 
Main Prize: a 12-month Healthy Smile Pharmacy Oral Health Subscription and a £200 Love2Shop voucher. 

Runners-Up Prizes (x3): a 6-month Healthy Smile Pharmacy Oral Health Subscription and a £50 Love2Shop voucher. 

The Promoters reserve the right to amend the specification of the Prizes or offer alternatives of equal or greater value if any part of the Prizes becomes unavailable for any reason. No cash alternative will be offered, and the Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 

How to Enter 
The Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary. 

To enter, eligible participants must complete the entry form available at https://www.mydentist.co.uk/offers/healthy-smile-pharmacy-christmas-competition/ and provide all required details before the closing date. Only one entry per person is permitted. 
Entries open at 9.00am on Monday 1st December 2025 and close at 5.00pm on Monday 25th December 2025 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be valid. 

Eligibility 
This Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. 

It is not open to employees of the Promoters (or clinicians engaged by mydentist), their immediate families, or anyone directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw. 

Participants must hold a UK registered Debit/Credit card to be able to register for the Healthy Smile Pharmacy Oral Health Subscription. 

Participants will be verified for eligibility before any Prize is awarded. 

Winner Selection and Notification 
One (1) main prize winner and three (3) runners-up will be selected by a random draw conducted by mydentist on or around Friday 2nd January 2026 (the “Draw Date”). The draw will be conducted in accordance with the laws of chance and independently verified. 

All winners will be notified by email or telephone within 7 days of the Draw Date and announced via social media. 
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of initial contact, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner using the same process. 

Prize Fulfilment 
The Promoters (or their nominated supplier) will contact the winners to arrange delivery of the Prizes. 

Winners may be announced on the mydentist website and/or social media channels. By entering the Prize Draw, participants consent to reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including publication of their name and county in accordance with paragraph 8 below. 

Data Protection
Any personal data submitted in connection with this Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with: 

mydentist’s Privacy Policy: www.mydentist.co.uk/customer-services/patient-privacy; 

and 

Healthy Smile Pharmacy’s Privacy Policy:  https://healthysmilepharmacy.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy. 

Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw and fulfilling the Prizes, unless the entrant has separately opted in to receive marketing communications. 

Publication of Winner Information
To comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code), the Promoters must publish or make available information that indicates a valid award took place. 

To do this, the Promoters will make available the winners’ surnames and counties to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Marketing Department, mydentist, Europa House, Europa Trading Estate, Stoneclough Road, Kearsley, Manchester, M26 1GG within one month of the Closing Date. 

If any winner objects to their details being made available, they should notify the Promoters via [email protected]. In such cases, the Promoters may still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request. 

General 
The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control. 

The Promoters’ decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical issues, including network or server failures of any kind. 
Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoters, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize, except where caused by the negligence of the Promoters or their agents. 

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. 

Governing Law 
These Terms and Conditions and the Prize Draw are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
