Dr .Adriana Feraru

Adriana graduated with honours from Carol Davila Dental University, Bucharest, Romania in 2006. Her passion for dentistry was born from her very own family tradition inherited from her mother and aunt. Since graduation Adriana worked in a private dental sector for 4 years in Bucharest before moving to England. After 10 years of working for most corporates and some independent dental practices throughout the southern part of England, she decided to follow her heart and passions and establish herself with her lovely husband up north in close vicinity of the wonderful North Wales.
Adriana is passionate about helping people smile by providing long lasting aesthectic dental treatments.
Since her graduation, over the last 14 years, Adriana has attended over 500 courses for continuous professional development including Advance Endodontics Masterclass,Aesthetic Restorative Masterclass, Inman Aligner, Clear Correct Aligners.
Adriana likes to spend time with her husband, either going for long walks up the mountains or skiing. Adriana is passionate about foreign languages and, as a polyglot, will be able to listen to your dental problems spoken in French, Swedish and Spanish as easily as in English and Romanian.

Dr .Lyubomir Ivanov

Lyubomir qualified at Medical University in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2016. Since qualifying he spend 1 year in his hometown practicing dentistry, he then moved to the UK to practice Dentistry in both NHS and the Private sector. Lyubomir has been here at {my}dentist Abergele since July 2022 building strong relationships with his team and patients. Lyubomir has a special interest in Oral Surgery and is very passionate about his future in this field. In his spare time he enjoys scuba diving in and around the British waters and also abroad. He enjoys being outdoors exploring new places and spending time with his Wife.

Dr .Samuel Harry Gowen

Since graduating from Manchester University in 2019, Sam has been working as a General Dentist at multiple practices across the Manchester area. Sam also has a strong interested in Cosmetic Dentistry and provides Clear aligner treatment with clear correct.
Sam is currently undergoing post graduate training in Cosmetic Dentistry and Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry.
In his spare time he loves to cook for his family and friends and also enjoys to watch and play sport such as football where Sam follows Manchester City, but Sam's main passion is going to watch live rugby and more specifically Northampton Saints Rugby team.

Dr.Ciprian Ulianov

Dr Ciprian Ulianov qualified in 1995 gaining his DMD from the University of Iasi (Romania). Ciprian moved to the UK in 2014 and joined the Queensferry practice in 2018, and recently joined our Prestatyn team as a private clinician.
Ciprian works as an NHS and Private clinician and has special interests in restorative dentistry and oral surgery.
Ciprian is always smiling and has a lovely relationship with his patients.
Away from dentistry Ciprian is a foodie and likes trying new restaurants, he is fluent in 6 languages so loves to travel especially to watch Formula One racing, and he takes a keen interest in history and politics around the world.

Dr.Dimitar Valchanov

Dimitar qualified at Medical University of Sofia in 2011. He moved to the UK in 2013 working in both NHS and private sector of dentistry, since 2017 he has settled in North Wales. After graduation Dimitar continued to develop his professional skills and interests going onto complete more in depth training Studying in Glasgow, London and Edinburgh. Dimitar now offers Invisalign and single tooth implants. He has special interest in dental aesthetics through Smile Design/ Smile Makeover with advanced materials and techniques. He believes in aiding his patients to achieve their functional and aesthetic goals through caring and comprehensive dental treatment aided by a dental microscope. In his spare time, apart from spending time with his family, his favourite activities are skiing and kite surfing.

Dr.Thony Leif Karlsson

Thony graduated at the top of his class in Gothenburg Dental University 1996. Thony Started his career here in North Wales working for the NHS. Due to family commitments Thony returned to Sweden where he worked within the Swedish NHS for several years. While in Sweden he had the opportunity to mentor new dentists and work alongside specialist to widen his knowledge and skills. In 2006 he returned to North Wales to work in the private sector of dentistry. In Thony’s spare time he enjoys spending time with his Wife, son and beloved dog, he loves long walks in and around North Wales as he has a passion for the outdoors and nature.

Mrs.Samantha Hannen

Samantha also known as Sam to our patients and staff joined our team as a dental Hygienist and Therapist in 2011. She graduated from Liverpool university in 2010. Sam started her career in Dentistry as a Dental Nurse in 2003 working in our Rhyl branch.
In 2016 Sam was awarded Hygienist of the year for {my}dentist.
Sam takes particular interest in Periodontics, she is compassionate to all her pateints and is able to put them at ease, ensuring a positive experience while at the practice.
In Sam's spare time she enjoys walking, going to her caravan and spending time with her family and friends.
