"I'm one of the patients that is very scared of dentists, and while I lived in Germany I was always under general anesthetic. Thanks to Ioanna Souravla, who is very very patient, I managed to get my treatment done with just local anesthetic. She explained everything and it wasn't sore at all. Definitely a dentist I will see regular and without any fear. From the receptionist to the nurses and lastly the dentists everyone is caring, understanding and a total credit to their profession."

"Not been to the dentist in 2yrs due to covid rules. Seen Loanna for the first time who made me less anxious than I usually am. Very clean dental practice and staff are very nice. Had a scale and polish and my mouth feels so clean. I will be back to see Loanna again. Thankyou."

"I am an extremely nervous patient. However from the moment I walked in the door Kim the lovely receptionist put me at ease. When it was time for my treatment Dr Julie talked me through everything that was going to happen and explained every step. I personally hate being numbed for dental treatment, however as she was doing it she talked to me the whole time and helped me relax. The entire treatment was easy and comfortable. I can’t recommend them enough."

"From contacting Laura at the Hillhouse practice on the morning of the emergency the customer service was fantastic start to finish. The set up for Current climate of Covid was excellent At no point did I feel at risk due to the protective clothing, masks that were worn in the treatment room and was put at ease my Julie and her colleague assisting."
