Sophie started her Dental carer in 2010 as a Dental Nurse, she then graduated as a Hygienist in 2021 from the university of Essex, Sophie joined {my}dentist Thetford in 2023 as a hygienist to help towards improving and maintaining dental hygiene , oral health care and education within the dental environment and to the local communities. Sophie also supports and provide clinical knowledge to our Dental Nurses who are undertaking the Oral Health education course. As a professional Sophie constantly strives to update her knowledge by attending regular courses, events and lectures. In her spare time she enjoys socialising, exercise and nutrition, paddle boarding and walks in the countryside with her dog Dexter.
