Rob qualified as a dentist from the University of Manchester in 2016, he worked for several years in research at the Dental Public Health Unit in the collaboration between the University of Manchester and Colgate. During this time, he was involved with teaching undergraduate dental students at the University of Manchester. He worked for several years as a private hygienist in the Manchester area treating advanced cases of gum disease and then as an Associate Dentist in the Manchester area for the NHS. He completed his MSc in Periodontology at the University of Central Lancashire. He is a member of the British Society of Periodontology and an international member of the American Academy of Periodontology. Since then, Rob has worked in periodontics in Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire and Derbyshire.Rob's interest is disease management, stabilising gum disease and preventing it's progression. Rob also has a keen interest in surgical periodontics providing regenerative, resective, flap surgery and recession coverage for advanced cases of periodontal disease.

Dharitri did her post graduate diploma MJDF in 2007-2008 and as she wished to further pursue her interest in restorative dentistry, she completed her certificate in restorative dental practice (CRDP) from Eastman Dental Institute in 2010. She also completed a certificate in restorative dentistry by Paul Tipton in 2009 to upgrade her skills as a general dental practitioner. Dharitri joined {my}dentist Wincobank in 2016 and continues to provide excellent dentistry here with us today.

To date, Shaheer has carried out more than 9,500 root canals treatments and undertaken numerous surgical endodontic cases, providing endodontic care utilising the operating microscope and microsurgical instruments. In 2007, Shaheer gained the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery and his dedication for endodontics has also led him to complete a MClinDent degree. He has worked in the Department of Restorative Dentistry in various dental hospitals in Scotland, gaining extensive experience in Restorative and Endodontic clinics, treating cases deemed too difficult for general practice. During this time, he developed his surgical endodontic skills and worked with other consultants in a multi-disciplinary team. Shaheer has publications in international journals and is a passionate teacher who has lectured around the world, conducting endodontic courses for young budding dentists and has recently qualified as “Dentsply Sirona Certified Trainer” from Bellaguis, Switzerland. He also obtained an MSc in Dental and Maxillofacial Radiology from King’s College in London in 2006.Mr Aabed’s main interest is Dentolaveolar Surgery but is also involved in management of various types of facial trauma, head and neck skin cancer. He is actively involved in training junior doctors and recently obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Education.Mr Aabed is a registered Specialist Oral Surgeon and is a member of the British Association of Oral Surgeons providing an intermediate Minor Oral Surgery Service.
