Balaji Reguna GDP Qualified from: Statutory Exam 2006 BDS Annamalai University 1998 GDC No: 104321

Dr Reguna qualified in 1998 from Annamalai University, India. He followed this up with an MDS in Conservative Dentistry from The TamilNadu Dr MGR Medical University which was completed in 2003. He moved to the UK in 2006 after completing the General Dental Council’s Statutory Exam. Since then, he has worked in both NHS and Private practices in Scotland and England. Most recently in 2025, Balaji has completed his 3-year MSc in Endodontics from the University of Plymouth. Dr Reguna enrolled on the MSc program to further his knowledge in this field. His focus is centered around the biological aspects of endodontics to produce the greatest benefit for his patients. He loves catering to the Endodontic needs of people from all walks of life and strongly believe in treating patients like he would like to be treated. He always strives for the highest possible standards using the latest techniques and equipment. Dr Reguna believes that a professional must always be a continuous student and hence continuing to update his knowledge by attending conferences and workshops both in the UK and abroad. He currently a member of the British Endodontic Society.

She joined {my}dentist Winton in May 2023. She is passionate about dentistry as she believes it has a significant impact on people’s lives; it can enhance their self-confidence and transform a patients attitude toward dental treatment into a more positive experience, she especially enjoys working with children to ensure they develop good oral hygiene habits for the future. In her spare time Hala loves spending time with animals, even if it’s just walking her own dog or volunteering at animal shelters.

In addition to her work in general practice, Larissa also holds a position at University Hospitals Dorset within the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery department, where she provides care for NHS patients. With extensive experience in oral surgery, she is well equipped to manage complex and challenging cases, always striving to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care tailored to individual needs.

Dr Sainath Reddy qualified in 2001 from Mangalore University, India, and went on to complete a postgraduate degree in Orthodontics from 2001 to 2004. He moved to the UK in 2006 and spent three years working in the Maxillofacial Unit in Aberdeen, gaining valuable experience in complex surgical cases and multidisciplinary care. Sainath chose dentistry because it allows him to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives combining his passion for science with the artistry of creating confident smiles. At our practice, Dr Reddy offers a comprehensive range of treatments including general dentistry, cosmetic procedures such as composite bonding, orthodontics using both fixed appliances and ClearCorrect aligners, and implant dentistry. He has a particular interest in implants and enjoys helping patients restore both function and aesthetics. Additionally, he has experience in TMJ joint dentistry, which complements his broader clinical expertise and allows him to manage more complex cases with confidence. Her practice involves evidence based general dentistry, but she also does cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics, meaning her practice includes teeth whitening, straightening treatments, botulinum type A, fillers and minimally invasive cosmetic fillings. So Young ensures continuous development of her clinical work by keeping up to date with the latest advancements in dentistry. She feels that while all dental treatments can improve a patient’s smile, they also hugely contribute to a patient confidence, meaning the patients leave the practice happy and proud with their new look.
