Dr Borna Bagheri joined mydentist in 2025 after graduating from Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary, in 2024 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. He began his career in the UK in Torquay, where he quickly settled into both practice life and the local community. In April 2026, he moved to Bristol and now works at our East Street practice. Dr Bagheri provides general dental care to both NHS and private patients. He brings a calm, patient-focused approach to every appointment, helping patients feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they arrive. With a strong clinical foundation, he is committed to providing high-quality care and supporting patients with their oral health needs. Outside of dentistry, Dr Bagheri enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures from around the world. He is passionate about food and enjoys exploring different cuisines, as well as cooking for himself. Known among colleagues for his culinary skills, he often shares homemade dishes with the practice team and enjoys bringing people together through good food.

Dickon Banks GDP

Dickon qualified as a General Dental Surgeon in 2013 from the Bristol University . Since then he has worked as a general dental practitioner in and around the south west before joining our practice on East Street in November 2021.Dickon offers both NHS and private treatments, he has long been an accredited Bioclear practitioner providing modern direct composite bonding, using these techniques he provides smile design, black triangle closure and minimally invasive direct crowns and veneers. Dickon is passionate about cosmetic dentistry and helping you to feel good about your smile he offers clear correct Invisalign and teeth whitening using both Enlighten and Zoom. Dickon has a special interest in providing care for those patients that are anxious and phobic using his experience gained whilst working in the hospital. Prior to studying dentistry Dickon had an illustrious career as a pilot in the forces and commercial flying he continues to fly recreationally when he has the time and its the right conditions to do so.

Islam graduated from dental school in 2011 and has been practicing all different aspects of general dentistry since then both in Egypt and Dubai before coming to England.Islam enjoys practicing restorative ,cosmetic dentistry offering clear correct and whitening and dental surgery. Having gained experience in general dental practice over the years , Islam has decided to carry on his post graduate studies in the field of dental implants at Bristol dental school .Outside of work , Islam enjoys swimming , watching and playing football, he also loves to travel and spending some of his holidays with his family back in Egypt.

Parsa, also known as Seyed Mohammadparsa Mosaddad, joined mydentist in March 2025, starting his career with the mydentist team in Torquay before moving to our Bristol practice in April 2026. He qualified with a degree in Medicine in Dentistry (Med Dent) from Semmelweis University in Hungary in 2024 and relocated to the UK to begin his professional journey with mydentist. Parsa is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a friendly and relaxed environment. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has a particular interest in oral surgery and extractions. He takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable throughout their appointments and is especially focused on supporting those who may feel anxious about dental treatment. Committed to delivering the best possible care, Parsa is passionate about keeping his knowledge up to date and staying informed about the latest dental techniques and technologies. His approachable nature, attention to detail and patient-focused approach have helped him build positive relationships with both patients and colleagues. Outside of dentistry, Parsa enjoys travelling and leading an active lifestyle.

Wassim Trabelsi qualified as a Dentist in Barcelona in 2023 and joined mydentist in 2024. Since then, he has been dedicated to providing patient-centred care and helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their treatment journey. Wassim enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is passionate about delivering high-quality care tailored to each patient's individual needs. He believes in taking the time to listen to patients' concerns, ensuring they feel informed, supported and involved in decisions about their oral health. His calm and friendly approach helps patients feel at ease and creates a positive experience during every visit. He has a particular interest in oral surgery and is committed to continuing to develop his knowledge and clinical skills in this area. In September 2026, Wassim will begin a master's degree in Implantology in Bristol, providing an opportunity to further expand his expertise and develop advanced skills for the future. Wassim is passionate about ongoing professional development and is focused on delivering the highest standard of care for his patients. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys playing and watching basketball, as well as travelling to new destinations and experiencing different cultures.
