He holds a strong passion for prosthetics and enjoys assisting those in need, particularly anxious patients, the elderly, teens, children, and other vulnerable groups. Ciprian finds fulfilment in helping people, which contributes to his passion for dentistry. Outside of work, Ciprian enjoys skiing and shares his home with two beloved cats.

My name is Ksenija Zimnikova, I qualified in 2003 in Latvia and have a degree in General Dentistry. I have been working in the UK with IDH (now known as {my}dentist) since 2010. In that time, I have built a strong patient base within my practice. I have special interest in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, as it is very creative and artistic work. In my personal life, I enjoy drawing, I like to create canvas drawings/paintings of nature. I also like walking and enjoying the beautiful scenery in our home town, my family and I enjoy taking holidays in woodland resorts where we can see different countries and the nature it has to offer.

Sharon Adams qualified with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene on 24 June 1999 and has extensive experience in providing high-quality preventative oral care. She joined the practice in 2008 and has been a valued and trusted member of the team ever since. Sharon is dedicated to helping patients maintain excellent oral health through tailored hygiene treatments, including scaling, polishing and personalised oral hygiene advice suited to individual needs.
She is passionate about patient education and takes time to support and guide patients in improving their oral health, helping to prevent gum disease and maintain healthy smiles. Known for her gentle, caring approach, Sharon creates a calm and comfortable environment for patients, including those who may feel anxious about dental visits. She takes pride in building strong relationships with her patients, ensuring they feel at ease and confident in their ongoing care and long-term oral health. She also enjoys staying up to date with current practices and regularly participating in continuing professional development opportunities.
