Dr Cristian Baltaretu graduated from Dental University Bucharest, Romania in 2000. He worked in private practice in Bucharest for 7 years before joining {my}dentist at Bedford Street in Leigh in 2009. Cristian offers a wide range of both NHS and private treatment options. He has a special interest in aesthetic dentistry, including private dentures as well as private direct and indirect restorations. Cristian is very keen to develop his skills even further and has completed additional training in dentures, white composite restorations, and crown work. Cristian continues to keep up to date with new technology and materials by attending regular courses which enables him to treat his patients to the highest possible standard and giving them a comfortable experience on their visit and keeping them as relaxed as possible. In his spare time, Cristian enjoys playing badminton, cycling and travelling also likes to spend time with his family.

Dr.Joao Zenha

João Zenha got his Masters in Dentistry in Fernando Pessoa University in 2011. Since he qualified, he has worked in private practice in Portugal and the Netherlands. Since 2015 he has worked in the UK in a mixed NHS-private setting and has recently joined our {my}dentist team in Billinge. He is keen and experienced in providing a wide range of both NHS and private general dental care such as direct and indirect restorations, tooth whitening, root canal treatment, dentures and periodontal treatment care. Most important to him is to provide outstanding treatment care to his patients and ensure they always feel comfortable and relaxed. In his spare time, he especially enjoys reading, trekking and climbing.

Dr.Noreena Ali

Noreena gradutated in Bachelors of Dental Surgery at the University of Manchester in June 2020. Noreena worked her Foundation year at DEU Dental Care in Leeds from September 2020 until August 2021. She joined our team in Billinge in September 2021 and has gained experience in providing a wide range of both NHS and private general dental care such as, teeth whitening, root canal treatment, dentures and periodontal treatment care. Noreena is now qualified in Composite Bonding, ClearCorrect (teeth straightening, clear braces as an alternative to Invisalign) and Enlighten Teeth Whitening. Most important to Noreena is to provide outstanding treatment care to her patients and ensure they always feel comfortable and relaxed. In her spare time, Noreena enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, going the gym and travelling.

Dr.Sherief Elgarib

Sherief graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Glasgow in June 2004. He gained Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow 2006. Sherief continued his dental career over the years gaining experience in providing a wide range of both NHS and private general dental care such as, teeth whitening, root canal treatment, dentures and periodontal treatment care. Sherief also provides cosmetic dental procedures including Composite Bonding, Clear Aligners (teeth straightening/clear braces) Facial Aesthetics, Smile Fast, Teeth Whitening and Implant Restorations. Sherief is a qualified mentor and most importantly, he provides outstanding treatment care to his patients and ensure they always feel comfortable and relaxed. In his spare time, Sherief enjoys spending time with his family, playing football and travelling.

Stephen graduated with a LDS at Royal College of Surgeons in London in March 1978. Stephen qualified in an MSc for a Postgraduate in Periodontics in 1981. Stephen continued his dental career over the years gaining experience in providing a wide range of both NHS and private general dental care such as, teeth whitening, root canal treatment, dentures and periodontal treatment care. Stephen joined the Billinge team in October 2022. Stephen most importantly, provides outstanding treatment care to his patients and ensure they always feel comfortable and relaxed. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family, running and travelling.

Ms.Susan Baldwin

Sue Baldwin qualified from University of Liverpool in 1990 as a dental hygienist. She was a dental nurse for four years prior to this in an NHS practice. Sue has worked in various NHS and Private practices since she qualified. She is committed to helping her patients achieve good oral hygiene, advising them on the best techniques and products needed to maintain good oral health. Sue treats patients with implants and works in practices where implants are placed. She also offer stain removal to give her patients a confident smile. Sue has worked at this practice for over 17 years and has built up a good working relationship with the dental team and patients.
