  • NHS Choices 5 out of 5

"After having a nightmare and lots of problems at a previous dentistry I’m glad I’ve found someone I can trust! He was calm, understanding and one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. Thank you!"

"Excellent service, old cap on a tooth came off (not an emergency). Rang the dentist about 15:30 and they fitted me in the following morning. Cleaned old cement off the tooth and re-fitted the cap, fast painless treatment."

"Feel really at home at this dentist. Customer service is great at reception. And most importantly Azim ( hope I've pronounced it correct) and of course the dental nurse who's name I didn't catch do a great job and made my youngest feel so relaxed on his first visit. Azim also told me I was the first person to do a filling on 10 years ago and yes it's still doing fine. Thanks again"

"I became a patient at Westbury park dental surgery about 2 years ago, before that I hadn't seen a dentist for 10 years, as the last time I had seen a dentist I had a terrorifing experience which left me with a scare on my top lip, so was very anxious when I first went to Westbury park dental surgery , but I was pleasantly surprised, was made to feel safe and at ease straight away, and over the last 2 years have had 1st rate service there, I no longer fear going to the dentist, and that is thanks to my dentist at Westbury park dental surgery , would recommend them to anyone, Mr Ronnie Done"

"I had problems with a front tooth that needed a crown. The previous dentist I’d been to had quoted me a lot of money so I decided to go NHS at Westbury Park Dental Surgery. It’s always a bit daunting going to the dentist but I was really pleased with my choice of dentist and the treatment I received. I needed to go a couple of times to have the work done. I’d have no problem recommending this practice to anyone. I was dealt with professionally and very competently. Everything was explained to me and the whole experience was reassuring and painless. Excellent."

"I recently visited for my routine examination seeing the dentist I have seen for a number of years. The greeting, when I entered the Practice, was friendly and welcoming and I was greeted by my name without me having to tell the Receptionist which made me feel valued. I received a thorough examination and was given all the options, for my potential treatment, including both NHS and private. Everything was explained thoroughly and the dentist/nurse ensured I had all the information I needed before leaving the surgery. Once again, an excellent service which was both friendly and professional."

"I went for my routine exam and always see the same dentist. I am unsure whether to go ahead with the appointment as I had fallen that morning and cut my face. One of the usual receptionists was at the desk and could see that I was concerned about my cut, they know that I am a nervous patient anyway and went out of their way to make me feel better saying that they would rearrange the appointment if I didn't feel upto it. I'm glad I went ahead with the appointment as I had lost a filling and treatment was done on the day. I don't like going to the dentist but seeing a familiar face, who knows me, goes a long way to helping."

"The dentist is a friendly and excellent dentist whose main priority is making sure his patients are comfortable and kept in the loop at every stage of the treatment to get the best dentistry he can offer. The Receptionists and dental nurses are friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs a dentist!"
