Dr Stefania Florica, known to many of her patients as Lilly, qualified with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in Bucharest in 1999. After building a successful career in general dentistry in Romania, she moved to the UK in 2010 and joined mydentist Falmouth, where she cared for patients for five years. Following a short period with another dental provider, Lilly joined the team at mydentist Helston in November 2022 and continues to provide high-quality NHS and private dental care to patients of all ages. Lilly enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and has a particular passion for supporting nervous patients. She takes pride in helping people feel relaxed, comfortable and confident during their appointments, creating a welcoming environment where patients can access the care they need without feeling anxious. She is also interested in cosmetic dentistry, including tooth whitening and dental veneers. In 2013, Lilly completed training in facial aesthetic treatments, allowing her to offer these services alongside her dental care. Since becoming a Clinical Supervisor in 2018, she has also enjoyed supporting the development of future dental professionals. Outside of the practice, Lilly enjoys spending time at her holiday home in Spain.
