Russell graduated in 2003 from Newcastle Dental School, earning the prize for best all-round student and later winning Young Dentist of the Year. His career began under Ken Harris in Sunderland, followed by work in maxillofacial units to refine his surgical skills, before moving to private practice.
A strong advocate for continuous education, Russell has traveled globally to expand his knowledge. He became one of the first UK dentists to graduate from the Kois Centre in Seattle, focusing on cosmetic restorative techniques for smile makeovers. He also trained in dental implants in Switzerland and Budapest with leading practitioners.
Russell holds multiple prestigious qualifications, including Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons (MFDS RCSed), Membership in Advanced General Dental Surgery (MAGDS RCSed), and a Diploma in Implant Dentistry (DipImpDent RCSed). His expertise earned him a Fellowship with the College of General Dentistry (AssocFCGDent).
In addition to his clinical practice, Russell teaches and mentors other dentists in implantology. He welcomes referrals for restorative and implant dentistry.
