Dr Ruby Magooa joined our team in September 2024, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in general dentistry and a warm, approachable style that instantly puts patients at ease. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Rand University in 1997, following a Bachelor of Science with Honours in 1992, both completed in Johannesburg, South Africa. Ruby offers a comprehensive range of dental treatments, including fillings, extractions, crowns, dentures, root canal therapy and teeth whitening. She has a keen eye for aesthetics and a particular passion for cosmetic treatments such as bonding, veneers, and smile makeovers. As our dedicated Invisalign provider, Ruby works closely with patients to create beautifully aligned, natural-looking smiles using this discreet, comfortable orthodontic system. She is committed to helping each patient achieve their ideal smile with care, precision, and a personalised approach. Outside the clinic, Ruby enjoys staying active at the gym, catching a show at the theatre, and exploring her creative side through beginner pottery classes.
