Mard Khoshnaw qualified from the University of Sheffield in 2026 and joined mydentist Ashington in the September following his move from Manchester to Newcastle. He is looking forward to developing his career further and expanding his skills across all areas of dentistry. Mard is passionate about creating a positive experience for every patient, helping them feel comfortable, informed and in control of their oral health. He enjoys supporting patients to improve their confidence through their dental care, while delivering treatment that meets their individual needs and goals. He is also committed to promoting good oral hygiene habits and helping patients maintain healthy, functional smiles throughout their dental journey. Alongside his work in practice, Mard enjoys engaging with the wider community and raising oral health awareness. He has previously supported fundraising activities for mouth cancer awareness and visited schools to encourage young children to develop positive oral health habits from an early age. Outside dentistry, Mard enjoys exploring the countryside, playing football and basketball, and reading and relaxing.
