Jane Maria Pettah Joy graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in India in 2017, then moved to the UK. She has been a GDC-registered dental therapist since 2025 and is currently preparing for the ORE/LDS examinations as part of her journey towards full UK dentist registration. Jane is passionate about delivering high-quality, preventative and patient-centred care. Within her scope of practice, she provides restorative, periodontal and preventive treatments, with a particular interest in gum health, oral hygiene and helping patients build healthy habits that support their long-term oral health. Known for her calm, friendly and reassuring approach, Jane takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns and explain treatment options clearly. She believes that good communication is key to helping patients feel comfortable, informed and confident throughout their dental care journey. Jane enjoys building trusted relationships with her patients and tailoring advice to their individual needs. She focuses on providing practical, personalised support that helps patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles through prevention-led care. Outside of work, Jane enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her family.
