"I had to book an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and a missing filling. I was allocated Dave and his dental nurse Beth. Immediately on meeting them both I was put at ease. I am a needy and stressed patient, and I told them I had experienced pain and trauma in the past and was pretty much scared of injections and procedures. Both of them were reassuring and talked to me through my procedures. Anticipating the injections, I was full of fear. Dave was very calm and said "all done"! I was astounded to realise the injections had been done, and I hadn't felt it. Something to do with the speed it's administered. I could of cried... cried for good reasons, because he had alleviated fear. I didn't feel the second injection or the consequent drilling. I think I left pretty much after that, for fear of crying with jubilation, and possibly embarrassing poor Dave and Beth. Both of them, fabulous!! Beth, I've never had my dribble sucked away so brilliantly, and Dave, Thankyou."
