Jo has been part of the London Road Dental Practice for over 15 years and has built great professional relationships with staff and patients. Jo offers a wide range of NHS, Private and {my}options treatments. Jo’s friendly attitude is specially appreciated when with nervous patients and is great with Children and makes them feel at ease when in surgery
She prides herself as a dentist who pays attention to her patient’s needs, detail, maintaining very high standards, and delivering treatments in a caring, ethical and professional manner at all times.

Miss.Sophie Marshall

Sophie qualified as a dental nurse in 2012 and then chose to re-train as a dental hygiene therapist at The University of Sheffield in 2014. Sophie has worked with the team for over a year now and has assisted in the long term maintenance of patient’s oral health. Sophie has a large number of patients who see her regularly and finds that one of the most rewarding aspects of her work is helping patients who initially present with gum health problems. With a careful regime of therapies, she can help to reduce the progress and impact of periodontal problems and support patients to maintain a healthy mouth which in turn improves overall health.
She offers NHS and various private treatments such as private hygiene appointments including Airflow and also has an additional qualification to offer tooth whitening.

Dr.Paul Wasuwa Kiggundu Kiwanuka

Dr Paul Kiwanuka holds degrees in Medicine and Dentistry. He intercalated a 1st class Biomaterials degree (BSc) at the prestigious Kings College London during his dental studies.
Paul completed foundation dental training and Royal College memberships examinations (MFDS RCSEd) in the East of England Deanery.
A passion for education and further training led him to London and Oxford to complete posts in oral and maxillofacial surgery, restorative dentistry and oral surgery, honing skills in managing challenging dental cases. Paul has postgraduate certificate qualifications in dental implantology, he continues to expand his knowledge and skills with International Team for Implantology (ITI) and the Straumann Group, developing his dental implant service. He provides facial aesthetic treatments and holds a postgraduate master’s degree (MSc) with distinction in Aesthetic Medicine.
Paul transforms patient’s smiles and improves confidence with crowns, bridges, whitening, clear aligners and cosmetic bonding. He endeavours to make your visit as comfortable and pleasant as possible and will always try to ensure patients have the knowledge to make decisions on their care.
In his spare time, Paul likes swimming, cycling, and racket sports. He enjoys travelling and furthering his education to provide the best evidenced based care to his patients.

Dr.Thomas Kato Kayinga Kiwanuka

Thomas has a passion for learning and holds four degrees from prestigious London Universities. He is one of the few dual qualified dentists with degrees in Biomaterials, Dentistry, Medicine, and Aesthetic medicine in which he obtained a Distinction award in 2023.
He began his dental career in the East of England Deanery as a Dental associate, until his passion and interest in Surgery led him to follow a career pathway within the hospital.
Thomas has worked and trained in some of the busiest and well-regarded hospital units in London, the Midlands, and the South Coast, gaining a plethora of experience in managing patient’s complex needs both in Dentistry and Medicine.
Thomas takes great pleasure in furthering his dental knowledge, through courses and conferences, ensuring he provides the best treatment and care for his patients. He has completed postgraduate certificate courses in Restorative Dentistry and Dental Implants with the renowned Paul Tipton. More recently, he has been developing his dental implant practice with the Straumann group.
Thomas also offers facial aesthetic procedures and enjoys improving his patient’s smile with teeth straightening treatments, teeth whitening and cosmetic bonding.
To relax, Thomas plays tennis, badminton, golf, swims and follows the Formula 1.
