What our patients say

  • NHS Choices 5 out of 5

"Always had a pleasant visit at my dentist Bridlington, dentist always very good and calmed my nerves from previous dental practices I have visited. All staff members always very helpful and friendly. Reception team are polite even when they look very busy answering phones and dealing with patients face to face. Overall 5 stars from me!"

"I had to wait three days for an appointment, but fair enough, I was in manageable pain. The dentist took a lot of time and patience to diagnose correctly what was causing the pain. She is always friendly, welcoming, good humoured and willing to work collaboratively with her patients. She also tries to save you money. Okay some of the receptionists can get a bit short, but, under pressure and all that. No big deal. I am very happy with this surgery, and feel confident that my dental care is in good hands. Hope to have a long association with this dental surgery."

"I have been coming here about a year, the service is brilliant, can not complain. Staff are always polite. The receptionists are very very helpful, they always seem busy but take every situation on well. The email reminder is also very helpful as I work full time so this is a good way of reminding me. The Dentist always runs on time. I am always advised on what to do and informed. The Practice is clean and tidy and the staff always seem to come across as been a brilliant team. I can not complain about anything."

"I have always been afraid to go to a dentist until I met this dentist. The very first time I met them they put me at my ease. I had had bad experiences before but the dentist painstakingly did everything they could to sort my teeth out for me. I can not praise the dentist enough. I no longer worry like I once did. Recently I broke part of my front tooth and thought it would have to be extracted but straight away the dentist said they could fix it which they proceeded to do. I can't sing their praises enough. Their assistant is lovely and chatted so friendly to me. Like the dentist they have a way with them that puts you at your ease. The assistant worked well with the dentist and they are both a credit to My Dentist practice."
