What our patients say

  • NHS Choices 5 out of 5

"After moving to the area recently I had my first appointment. I would just like to say that the dentist who saw me was extremely reassuring (as I hate going to the dentist). The receptionist was friendly and even the manager was greeting and talking to patients. A very pleasant visit."

"I broke a tooth a few weeks ago. You fitted me in for a temporary fix the next day. Your were likewise prompt when the temporary fix became unfixed. Today’s appointment for the permenant repair was prompt, on time and done with appropriate concern for the nervous state I get myself into. Several years ago I too had the ‘deregistration’ experience several reviewers have noted here. My experience is that the service offered in terms of getting appointments & being dealt with well has improved in the last couple of years. Thank you for that - when you are a nervous customer you really need to be in & sorted quickly and calmly!"

"I can always be sure that I will receive the friendliest of welcomes and first class treatment. However, today I needed to ask them for quick treatment as I was in a lot of pain. I was seen in just a couple of hours of my initial phone call, and had treatment at that visit. This means that I am now almost clear of pain and cannot stress too greatly my pleasure at the rapid and successful treatment and friendly attitude of everyone there. The practice should be proud of the whole team."

"I had a wisdom tooth extraction which I had been dreading as I am a wimp! Clearly I could not feel any pain even though I was anticipating feeling some. The dentist and dental nurse were extremely kind to me, as I asked the dentist to stop several times, they reassured me how well I was doing and it was all over in about 5 minutes. I just wanted to thank you for your kindness but could not do this at the time as my mouth was numb and full of gauze!"

"I would like to express my gratitude to the staff for their help and excellent care today. After years of extensive dental treatment from highly regarded specialists, I have to say the care and treatment I received today was exceptional, and certainly amongst the best I have ever had. The treatment was very difficult. The staff remained calm, professional and caring throughout. It was pain free, and I was fully informed and reassured all the way through. The dentist has an excellent eye for detail and strives for perfection, which experience tells me can be hard to find. I cannot think of anything at all that I would change about my treatment so far, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent dentist."
