"I went to mydentist with severe toothache and a swollen face. The lady couldn't have been kinder or more patient! She was a superstar and after diagnosing an abcess I received a prescription for two antibiotics plus pain relief advice. I was seen as an emergency and couldn't have picked a better dentist plus the dental assistant was super lovely too. "l am a nervous patient to the extent that l can not help but shake even when its just a check up! The team at Mydentist know this and from the moment l arrive they are trying to put me at ease. l had a very bad experience with an extraction when l was younger. l always feel bad that l can't control the tremors but Mydentist, Dr.Mita Patel and her nurse are so supportive and so gentle with me and the quality of the work is exceptional. l went today and for first time l wasn't shaking too badly and that's down to the care l recieve at this practice! Always welcomed with a huge smile from the brilliant front desk all the way to the chair and l love that. On another note l don't ever feel that l am being ripped off, prices are fair and all options clearly explained to me."
