Every time I have called up to make an appointment I have seen someone near enough straight away, which is good. The treatment I have had has always been excellent. "I was a new patient to the practice, with my first visit last week. From booking my initial appointment to being greeted at the desk and check out, I found reception to be thorough and friendly. I have been at the same practice since I was a child but due to relocating had to find a new practice which I thought would be nerve wracking experience. Instead, they put me at ease from the beginning. Payment was taken before the appointment which meant on the day, I didn’t have to worry about anything and it flowed with ease. Thanks to the whole team."

"Phoned yesterday for an appointment for our daughter as she started getting on an off toothache in a tooth which we seen needed filling . We went today after school and seen a new dentist as the other from last year had left . Daughter is very nervous but the dentist was great with her , gave her a choice of doing the filing with or without a needle , she had it without and was happy . The staff on reception are very helpful and friendly"
