"Good continuity of care seeing the same dentist each visit who communicates effectively and explains the treatment required and cost involved. Care received to date has been to a high standard; especially pleased with emergency repair work and fitting of a crown - colour matching work she carried out was excellent. Also offers useful advice on preventative care. Reception staff are friendly and organised. Thank you to all."

"I had my dentures made at Gloucester Yard. I had to wait a little to get an appointment in but I know they are a very busy practice. I was offered by reception to be put on a cancellation list to ring me if an earlier appointment came up and so they did which I am very grateful for. Receptionists and very friendly and very helpful. Practice is clean and all staff are great. I am very happy with the dentures. I would definitely recommend this practice."

"I joined the practice as a private patient as there was no availability on the NHS. I had a lovely relaxed visit. The reception team were very helpful even though I could see they were very busy, they explained I might have to wait as there was an emergency in. I witnessed a patient shouting at one of the receptionists because of this and being very rude considering it was not her fault and she was only doing her job. After a short wait (that was apologised for profusely) I saw the dentist who put me at ease straight away and with the nurse explained my treatment options and costs fully. I do not understand the bad reviews, I had a calm visit with knowledgeable staff , I was just happy they could fit me in. Obviously they have policies to adhere to which maybe some people are not aware of but after witnessing the behaviour of that patient to the reception team, I can see they try to help the best they can even under less than desirable circumstances."

"I just had two fillings on my teeth and I can’t believe I didn’t feel a thing. I didn’t have to wait at all for my appointment and was taken into the surgery by the dental nurse. I was quite nervous but both the dentist her nurse put me at ease before giving me two injections which I didn’t feel at all!! Amazing! I was given the choice of either an amalgam filling or a white filling which I think was good that they asked me my preference. The whole process was quick and painfree. I was able to get on with my day after 30 minutes of being at the dentist. Thank you."

"I was concerned to find that I was no longer registered with this dentist on the NHS, as I had not been for a checkup since 2014, although the practice had not told me that this would happen (I hope that my doctor does't do the same). The Practice Manager accepted me on a personal dental plan and I was seen by the dentist yesterday. I arrived slightly early for my appointment, but did not have to wait long. My treatment by the dentist was first class. He told me what I needed, but I was put under no pressure. I had one white filling with a pre-needle and one without. Both fillings were pain-free. The dentist was very relaxed and professional, as was his assistant, who didn't need instruction as to what was required and when. I left about an hour later, happy with my treatment and not too upset at the cost ((£168 for a checkup with 2 X-rays, and 2 white fillings), after all, if I had attended every 6 months or so for an NHS checkup the overall cost to me would have been much similar."

"Today I received dental treatment from a particular dentist. I am extremely nervous when I go to the dentist. He spoke me through every step of what he was doing which created a very relaxed atmosphere. I am very pleased with the treatment I have received. I had not issues with regards to appointments and did not wait for any of my appointments and was in and out in the timeframe slot that was given to me when making the appointment. Very satisfied."
