"This was my first visit here after not seeing a dentist for over 12 years.. Due to a huge fear of dentist and getting way too nervous.... But needs must when u break half a tooth off!! I was greated by a kind and friendly lady.. i filled out a form and went to the loo 3 times while doing so. Recieving encouragment that i will be ok and the dentist was nice.. My time came and i was met by the dentist .. he was calm and reasuring.. he eventually got my laid back and i was calm enough for a fully examanation.. He talk all the way through.. telling what he was doing.. I need to be referred. All explained well. Great team very caring and didnt make me feel silly for how scared a grown adult was. Thank you"
