DENTAL CARE DURING COVID-19
Patient information
Our practices are open for NHS and private dental treatments and we are continuing to see patients in order of their need to see a dentist. Should you have a new dental problem please call us as we are speaking to patients on the phone first to offer help and advice, and book in appointments if the dentist needs to see you face-to-face. There are still fewer appointments available due to the protective measures in place, so we apologise if you need to wait to see a dentist. Please do not attend the practice in person unless we ask you to do so.
Protective measures in practice
Our first priority is always the wellbeing of our patients and colleagues. Please make sure to wear a face covering if attending an appointment at one of our dental practices, attend alone where possible, and arrive on time for your appointment. Do not attend if you or anyone you live with has any symptoms of Covid-19, has tested positive for Covid-19 or has been asked to self-isolate by NHS Track & Trace or your school.

"Dr Garner was exceptional! I’ve been to many dentists before but he was by far and away the best I’ve seen. He may look young but my goodness he’s a knowledgable fellow. Have no complaints at all. The women on reception are both polite and engaging which made the experience all the better. Lastly Olivia was a delight!"

"I recently had my first appointment here and I honestly don't know why I was so nervous. The staff were lovely and the dentist was great, she took her time with me as I was nervous and explained everything to me. There's defiantly nothing to worry about coming to this dentist, they are great."
"I'm visually impaired and have anxiety and depression. I've always been scared of dentists but over the last year I've had to loose a few teeth due to not looking after them . I had them removed and had a denture made but it broke, I had a new one made but ended up with a mouth ulcer on my gums, hurts like hell had emergency appointment that's when I found out about ulcer the dentist and all the staff are so kind and thoughtful and really put you at ease, I'd strongly recommend this practice cos they really do care. I'm fortunate I can get free treatment as I'm on benefits otherwise it would cost me a fortune"

"The receptionists were helpful in getting my appointments booked. The treatment I received by Dr. Matthew Smith was exceptional. He was so professional and you can tell he has a real and natural talent for the work he does. He helped me to achieve some teeth modifications I did not have confidence would work and he did it so QUICKLY. When he was giving me the anaesthetic for the procedure, I could barely feel any pain from the needle and during the procedure, he was so gentle with the tools I nearly fell asleep. The practice is clean and welcoming and I will be definitely returning for any future work!"
