"I bring my granddaughter to the practice and find the staff really helpful and child friendly, I have been in the practice and witnessed some abuse which the staff have to put up with and from some of the comments made about the practice find them hard to believe and feel people are always ready to give negative rather than positive comments."

"I've been terrified of the dentists for years and finally plucked up courage to make an appointment two weeks ago. The dentist and nurse put me at ease from the start, so much so I had to hold back the tears of relief. A check up, a filling, and then three extractions today. Sore mouthed but very happy with the service throughout. I was treated like a valid person, not some chump making a fuss needlessly. The receptionists are all lovely, and the Dentist has helped me beat my lifelong fear. Their kind ways and gentle approach made me feel in control the whole time. I can't lie and say I never felt a thing but they explained the whole thing and all was well. Thankyou to all at My Dentist Fulbridge Road for giving me back my smile!"

"Some of my tooth cracked and then broke away from my mouth, I visited the dentist and he explained that whilst it was all open and letting the infection to drain away to leave it that way until they could fit me in for root canal surgery. Unfortunately they were unable to fit me in until early February, I went back and had a temporary filling put in as the tooth became very sensitive. I then had to go back just before Christmas as it was infected and I was in a lot of pain, I was given a course of antibiotics. I then had to have a second course as the first course didn't clear the infection. Every time I had to call the dentist the reception staff were extremely helpful and managed to fit me in on the same day every time. I have just had my root canal treatment and hopefully won't have to go back for a while now!! The dentist was great, explained everything that was happening and I'm very pleased I didn't push to have the tooth extracted, which is what I wanted doing at the start as I was in so much pain."
