Ingo qualified from the prestigious Hamburg Dental University in 1990, he has been working in the United Kingdom since 2005.
He has worked as a general dentist for 28 years which means he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is interested in all forms of dentistry and in particular sedation dentistry providing treatment for anxious patients.
He is committed to continue to learn new techniques and approaches to provide a high level of dental care. Additionally he strives to provide this care gently and compassionately.
He likes to present a relaxing atmosphere to work in without compromising the results.

Dr.James Lee Walker Asencio

James has been a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) since 2008 in 2010 qualified from the University of Murcia in the southeast of Spain. Having spent two years working as a private dentist in Spain, in 2012 he moved to the UK where he has since worked in both the NHS and private dentistry.
He has been restoring implants since 2011 and started placing them in 2014. During that time, James completed a postgraduate Certificate in Dental Implantology from the Cambridge Academy of Dental Implantology and is currently taking his Masters Degree (MCIinDent) at the BPP University in Waterloo, London.

Dr.Miguel Polonia

Miguel graduated Dentistry in Portugal in 2006 and relocated to the UK in November of the same year where he worked in Worcester, moving to Norwich in 2011 where he works as a general dentist. Having a young family keeps Miguel very busy, but he has still found time to excel within his career. He completed a Post-Graduate Degree in implants in 2008 in Portugal, and finished his Master’s Degree in Orthodontics at Warwick University in 2019. Between spending time playing football and tennis with his 6 year old son, bicycle riding with his family and visiting the family in Portugal, Miguel has comfortably found his natural aptitude as a dental lecturer, teaching orthodontics and cosmetic Dentistry and motivating dentists from around the UK. Miguel provides several types of cosmetic teeth alignment and orthodontic appliances, aligners, metal braces, clear braces and lingual braces. But most of all, Miguel enjoys not only changing smiles, but mainly changing lives.

Dr.Montserrat Gasset Arrando

Montserrat graduated as a dentist from the University of Barcelona where she worked as a private dentist for almost six years. During this time, she started a post graduate degree in Endodontics which she completed in 2012, she then went on to do another post graduate qualification on TMJ dysfunction which she then went on to complete in 2014.
In 2017 Montserrat relocated to the Norfolk area and joined a practice providing NHS general and private dentistry including clear aligners and she is currently doing a post graduate certificate in dental implantology at Cambridge academy.
Outside of her day to day job Montserrat’s hobbies include reading and learning new languages.

Dr.Naveen Sunkada

Naveen graduated in 1999 from the College of Dental Surgery in Manipal. Being one of the prestigious institutions in India. Naveen had his own private practice prior to moving to the UK. After moving to the UK in 2004, Naveen began his dental career at Guys Hospital, London. From there he then worked at various oral surgery departments throughout the country.
Naveen enjoys all aspects of dentistry but in particular oral surgery and sedation and has extensive experience in both. He is SAAD qualified and has sedated approximately 5000 patients.
Outside of dentistry Naveen enjoys travelling, cricket and badminton.

Dr.Oyvind Persen

Oyvind qualified in Oslo in 1994 he worked in general practice in Norway after he qualified for 10 years.
Oyvind has worked as a dentist in the UK since 2004.
He likes working with our team, sharing and discussing experiences and views regarding dentistry with his colleague's. Oyvind has taken mentor training courses and is looking forward to sharing his experiences with a colleague. He take’s special interest in root canal treatments.
In Oyvind’s spare time he likes to bake with sourdough, cooking and experiencing different foods.
He loves going on dog walks with his dog in the country side.

Miss.Eleftheria Lokovitou

Eleftheria Lokovitou, known as Ria to most. Ria studied and graduated from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece in 2017. Ria enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but her field of interest is restorative and aesthetic dentistry providing tooth whitening, veneers, crowns, onlays and bridges with a special passion for creating aesthetically pleasing results with minimally invasive tooth preparation. Ria is undergoing a postgraduate Master Course in University of Edinburgh in Restorative dentistry. She is very approachable and thorough in all she does, happy to discuss and provide her patients the best results possible. In Ria’s free time she enjoys traveling, dancing and meeting friends and family.

Miss.Eleni Xylagkoureli

Eleni is a general dentist here at St James. Eleni obtained her Dentistry Degree at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece in 2016 with a Graduation Award. She started her career in the Endodontic Department of 424 Military Hospital where she was trained in providing high quality root canal treatments. At the same time, she was participating actively on conferences and publishing papers of dental interest.
Eleni moved to England in 2019 and has since been providing general dentistry with a special interest in Endodontics. Moreover, she is currently a postgraduate student in a Restorative Dentistry Master's program at the University of Birmingham.
Eleni holds a great passion for providing her patients with the best smile they can achieve and strongly believes in establishing a healthy relationship between dentist and patients.
Eleni offers high standard cosmetic treatments such as composite bonding, ceramic veneers and crowns, teeth whitening and smile design, whilst using modern and evidence-based materials and techniques.
In her free time, Eleni enjoys working out, taking long walks along the beach and reading books.

Sam grew up in the Norfolk area, she is a qualified hairdresser and also has eight years of retail experience.
Looking for a career change Sam started as a trainee dental nurse in 2011 and qualified with a Diploma in dental nursing in 2013.
Sam has experience in general dentistry, minor oral surgery, implants and working within a busy sedation clinic supporting very anxious patients. Sam has been a treatment coordinator here at Barrack Street for the past three years, she has a passion for delivering great patient care and building a good rapport to achieve the best patient journey.

Mrs.Bala Choudhary

Bala qualified in 2001 having spent four years working in a private practice abroad. Bala moved to the UK to further her learning by pursuing a career as a Dental Hygienist & Therapist. Prior to becoming registered in the UK Bala worked as a sedation nurse for many years which gave her valuable skills in managing anxious patients and seeing the patient from a different perspective. Bala has extensive experience of managing oral health and is able to build rapport easily. Bala will always listen to the patient’s expectations, from the care they expect to the way they would like their treatment to progress. Bala keeps her knowledge and skills up to date by regularly attending courses and carrying out clinical self-audits. In Bala’s spare time she likes to spend time with family, she enjoys cooking and travelling.

Laura has worked in Dentistry for many years and began her career in the North East of England where she gained her Dental Nursing Qualification in 2007.
Laura then attended The University Of Essex Qualifying in Dental Hygiene in 2009, following this Laura then settled in the Norfolk area and has worked as a Dental Hygienist in a variety of settings including NHS/private practices and the prison Dental Service and then joined the St James team in June 2023.
Laura regularly attends courses to keep her knowledge current and up to date.
In her spare time Laura enjoys spending time with her young family and dogs.

Mrs.Taruna Arora

Taruna graduated in India in 2009 and has over 13 years’ experience, she moved to the UK in 2018 and qualified the overseas registration exam in 2019 and has been working in the UK since. Taruna joined our team in September 2022. Taruna offers general dentistry with a mixture of NHS and private treatments, she has a special interest in endodontics and enjoys the cosmetic side including, crowns, bridges, veneers and she has recently done a course called Align, Bleach and Bond which includes minor orthodontic issues with aligners and finishing with teeth whitening and composite bonding to enhance the smile. In Taruna’s free time she enjoys spending peaceful quality time with her family.

Lisa Hubbard is from Norwich, Lisa has worked as a qualified Dental Nurse for 6 years. Then attended the University Hospital of Wales, where she qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 1995, gaining the award for the top student.
Lisa has worked in Norwich since, joining {my}dentist in 2005. Lisa provides Oral Hygiene Instruction and Diet Advice and formulates individual treatment plans for each patient. Treating patients with Periodontal Disease and Peri Implant conditions.
Lisa is a patient, friendly and caring individual with a good sense of humour she is very good with nervous patients. Lisa has a close working relationship with her dental colleagues which enhances patients treatments and options.
Lisa in her spare time enjoys reading, watching films, spending time with her husband and dog, a retired greyhound, riding and competing with her horse.
