"I am a extremely nervous patient after a bad experience elsewhere but my dentist, Mahmood, really puts me at ease. I find his manner very re-assuring and he always explains what he is doing and checks I am doing okay during the procedure. I no longer absolutely dread the visit which is no small feat. Reception are pleasant and although there's obviously a Covid backlog I manage to get an appointment even if it is booked a month or so in advance."

"I despise even the thought of anything touching my teeth (apart from food). Imagine how horrific it was to get a toothache, and then need a tooth out. My dentist and assistant were amazing (sorry I can’t remember their names) and saw me through the whole process in the most comfortable way they could."

Lisa had already had some teeth previously removed and didn't like her smile and would often cover her mouth when smiling. She was nervous and so had previously put treatment off, thinking that her smile couldn't be improved. We stabilized her mouth and provided her with a denture.
I had to have 10 teeth removed from the top of my mouth and a denture placed. I had gaps in my teeth and because of this I couldn't eat very well. During the treatment Mahmood made me feel very relaxed, explaining the while process and was very caring. I am terrified of coming to the dentist and he made me feel so comfortable and calm. At my last appointment when the denture was fitted I cried with happiness, my confidence is back and I now like to smile. I get so many compliments and am so happy.
