Meet Anil, qualified from Kings College London in 1991 and after a year working in Thamesmead, South London, Anil moved to Baldock and worked in this practice in 1992 where he has been ever since. Anil enjoys most-Cosmetic dentistry that includes white fillings, veneers, tooth whitening and crown and bridge work with experience in cosmetic adult orthodontics and facial aesthetics. Leaving the NHS has meant that Anil could spend more time with his patients, Anil is approachable as a person and his moto is that it is more important to be able to communicate with patients at a level that they feel comfortable with than to maintain a professional barrier with them.

Meet Madu , Madhu believes in the transformative power of dentistry and values open communication and partnered planning with her patients. Madhu aims to create positive dental experiences in a comfortable and stress-free environment. Seeing confident and happy smiles fuels her passion.
After graduating from Rajiv Gandhi University in 2008, Madhu served rural communities in India for several years, then relocated to the UK, earning her UK statutory exams in 2014 and the MFDS RCS Ed qualification in 2017, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and expertise in dentistry.
Driven by a passion for minimally invasive dentistry, Madhu prioritizes preserving precious tooth structure while achieving aesthetic excellence, services include endodontics, teeth straightening, teeth whitening, and restoration.
Beyond her dedication to dentistry, Madhu cherishes motherhood to her playful and energetic toddler twins.

Dr.Sejal Patel

Meet Sejal qualified in 2011 at the University of Sheffield with a Bachelor's of Dental Surgery. She then sat her MJDF exam (a post-graduate diploma of membership of the joint dental faculties at the Royal College of Surgeons of England). She has been with us since 2016 and enjoys being a part of the friendly team at Baldock, where she provides dental treatment in a caring and friendly manner. Since joining she has aimed to help improve adult’s as well as children’s oral health and feels prevention is key. Sejal provides all aspects of general dentistry and particularly enjoys providing ClearCorrect aligners and teeth bleaching.Outside of work she enjoys numerous things such as volunteering, travelling and going to concerts and the theatre.Outside of work she enjoys numerous things such as volunteering, travelling and going to concerts and the theatre.

Dr.Spyridon Nikolaou

Meet Spyridon, graduated in Romania in 2017 then went on to continue his professional journey in the Netherlands and pursued advanced training in restorative dentistry and endodontic treatment therapy.
Spyridon relocated to the UK in 2021 being an active NHS/Private clinician doing clear aligner treatment. In 2023 Spyridon obtained a masters Degree in prosthodontics in Italy and is currently continuing to expand his skill set training in Cambridge to do implants.
Spyridon is known for professional and knowledgeable manor and strives to deliver a seamless, pleasant experience for all patients.
In Spyridons spare time he enjoys reading and travelling.

Mr.Mohammad Oppal

Meet Adil, Adil qualified from Queen Marys university of London in 2015 then has been working in Baldock since 2017. Adil is passionate about dentistry and prides himself on providing a high standard of care for all patients. With Adil's kind and caring demeanor he is very understanding towards anxious adults and children ensuring he spends the time needed to build trust.
Adil is one of our private dentists and our sole provider of Invisalign at Baldock and is passionate for delivering a smile makeover.
Outside of work Adil enjoys family time, cooking delicious meals and listening to different variety's of music.

Mrs.Ann Howard

Meet Ann {my}dentist Baldock practice manager. Ann started at the practice over 10 years ago as a dental nurse, progressed to head nurse and became practice manager in 2020.
Our practice has recently undergone refurbishment and has grown from 4 to 6 surgeries, offering our patients a wide range of NHS and private treatments.
Ann prides myself on offering our patients a welcoming environment for their dental treatment and getting to know everyone who comes to our practice.
Ann wants every patient to feel that they are receiving the best dental care and that they are part of the {my}dentist family here at Baldock.
In her spare time Ann enjoys baking and quotes my scones would beat Mary Berry’s in a bake off….anyday!

Mrs.Leanne Colling

Meet Leanne, {my}dentist Baldocks head nurse, Leanne qualified as a dental nurse in 2015 from Royal London Dental hospital, She worked here as a locum dental nurse in 2016 then become a permanent member of the team in 2017 , In 2019 she went on to become head nurse and has remained here since. Leanne has done post qualifications in dental impression taking and radiograph too. During her day at Baldock Leanne supports the dental nurse and reception team behind the scenes aswell as being face front in surgery supporting the dentists. Leanne is a positive and bubbly person who has a real care for ensuring everyone has the support they need and who in her own words "Loves a good brew".

Ms.Theresa Marshall

Meet Theresa, A dual qualified dental Hygienist and dental therapist. Theresa qualified from Queen Marys university in London in 2012. She has a real enthusiasm for treatment and management of periodontal disease in which she has gained good recognition for. Theresa recently has upgraded her skill set and now is able to deliver lip filler services to achieve a natural and beautiful result. You will find Theresa here at {my}dentist Baldock on Mondays and Tuesdays where she is delivering our hygienist services. During Theresas free time she enjoys walking her 4 dogs, City breaks, spending time with her family, reading and crochet.
