Orthoworld Nottingham is a specialist orthodontic practice, located in Nottingham City Centre. We provide the highest quality of Orthodontic care both on the NHS and on a Private basis by a highly experienced and dedicated team, in a warm, welcoming and professional environment. The patient area is all one level making accessibility easy. There is a pay and display car park right next to the practice and the practice is easily accessible by local public transport links. We welcome patients of all ages and offer FREE consultations with our Treatment Coordinator who will be able to guide and support you through your treatment start to finish.

  • Dr.Syed Habib Uz Zaman Qualified from: BDS Lpool 1992, FDS RCS Eng 1997, MSc Lond 2002, MOrth RCS Edin 2003 United Kingdom, 1992 GDC No: 68170
    Dr Habib Zaman qualified as a Dentist from Liverpool Dental Hospital in 1992. He then completed Vocational Training and an Associate Dentist in a Dental Practice in Ellesmere Port in 1995. After completing several years as a Senior House Officer in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a Community Dental Officer post in Sheffield, he went on to complete Specialist Training in Orthodontics at King`s Dental Hospital, London in 2003. He has obtained a Masters in Orthodontics from the University of London and a Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Since 2003, Dr Zaman has worked as a Specialist Orthodontist and has experience in treating both children and adults. He has experience in Invisalign, Damon Self -Ligating braces and 2D lingual braces and is also certified in WIN Lingual braces.
  • Mr.Alexander Nearchou (Orthodontist) Qualified from: DDS Greece, 2005 GDC No: 106561
    Alexander Nearchou obtained his first degree in Dentistry at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece 2005). Working in the family’s private dental practice in Greece wasn’t enough to fulfil his thirst for knowledge and when the opportunity arose he relocated to the United Kingdom in 2007, with the purpose to pursue further education and gain experience in a different working environment. As he has always been fascinated by the potential and possibility of Orthodontics to alter a person’s facial profile and consequently improve their confidence and even their lifestyle for the better, he steered his career towards Orthodontics. In 2012, Alexander obtained the certificate of Orthodontics from University of Warwick, he became an Invisalign provider and currently he is in the final stages of completing the MSc course of Orthodontics from University of Warwick which will allow him to become registered as a specialist with the GDC.
