The partnership will provide fresh investment to accelerate mydentist’s strategy of digital innovation, transforming its leading network of practices, offering unrivalled clinical support and providing high-quality, affordable dental care to more patients than ever.

mydentist is delighted to announce a new partnership with Bridgepoint, one of the world’s leading investors, to accelerate the next stage of its growth as the UK’s leading provider of high-quality, affordable dental care.

The partnership marks a significant milestone in mydentist’s journey. In 2019, the provider embarked on its vision to transform UK dentistry by pioneering high-quality affordable care. Since then, it has helped around four million patients per year get access to the affordable dental care they need and attracted a record number of clinicians to join its practices.

mydentist has achieved this by investing in their leading clinical support team and developing its network of dental practices around the UK, upgrading facilities across the country and opening, or relocating, 97 new practices in accessible consumer settings with fully digital clinical workflows and state-of-the-art equipment.

Earlier this year mydentist was named one of the top eight employers in the UK at the British Business Awards in addition to being shortlisted for ‘Best Employer Brand Management in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sector’ at the Employer Brand Management Awards 2025.

mydentist has also focused on investing in frontline practice colleagues as well as rolling out more than 650 intra-oral scanners to support improved clinician productivity (with a further 100 about to be rolled out) and building a unique network of Clinical Development Advisors to provide support and guidance to clinicians.

Bridgepoint will help mydentist to further accelerate this successful strategy, bringing fresh investment and deep experience of UK dentistry from its previous investment in Oasis Dental Care (before that business became part of Bupa in 2017) to drive continued growth.

As part of the transaction, the current management team, led by Nilesh Pandya, Chief Executive Officer, and Dr Nyree Whitley, Chief Clinical Officer, will continue in their roles.
