Rob McCoy

Chief Operating Officer

Rob McCoy joined mydentist in October 2026 from Starbucks where he was General Manager of their UK business and, before that, General Manager for a number of their major European markets. Prior to joining Starbucks, Rob held senior leadership roles at Pizza Express and John Lewis Partnership, following nine years spent as a commissioned officer in the British Army. He has more than 30 years of operational leadership experience across some of the leading customer-focussed businesses in the UK and completed his Officer Training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
