Your Future, as a Customer Sales Coordinator at mydentist

You’ll be joining us at our City Link site in Cardiff, CF24 1PQ. As a Customer Sales Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.

The working pattern for this role will be 40hrs across Monday to Friday, between 8am – 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible.

What you'll be doing

Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
Monitor and report on marketing performance
Support patients through their treatment journey
Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers
