Dental treatment coordinator jobs

From teeth whitening to straightening through to veneers and dental implants, you’ll be with the patient every step of the way, utilising your caring and friendly nature to support them and build a real relationship.

If you’re a people person with fantastic communication skills and a natural talent for helping others ,whether you have a background working in a dental practice or you have developed great marketing, customer care and business skills in another industry, you’ll fit right in as a treatment coordinator at one of our nearly 600 practices across the UK.

You will be responsible for attracting and managing enquiries from patients through digital marketing, social media and events. As the patient’s primary point of contact, booking appointments, providing consultations, guiding them through their treatment options you will be key in delivering the best patient journey by helping them to make informed decisions about the choice of treatments available and working directly with our clinicians to create a bespoke treatment plan.

In order to be successful in this role you will comfortable with tracking and monitoring the success of marketing activities and. Self-motivation, and the confidence to approach new patients and external practice teams to market our services. You will be eligible for commission based on your conversion of private sales in line with the practice target.
