Mykonos, Greece Trip - Free Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is mydentist Group Limited, trading as mydentist, a company incorporated in England and Wales with registration number 5657369 and with its registered office address at Europa House, Europa Trading Estate, Stoneclough Road, Kearsley, Manchester M26 1GG (“mydentist”);
2. The prize is a trip to Mykonos, Greece- prize package for 2 adults, as further described below (the “Prize”).
3. mydentist reserves the right to amend the specification of the Prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value, for example if any part of the Prize is unavailable for any reason.
4. Subject to travel date restrictions, flights included from London only, blackout periods apply and the winner of the prize must travel within 12 months.
5. No cash alternative to the Prize will be available and the Prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
6. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, there is 1 (one) Prize available to be won by any eligible participant who enters the Prize Draw before it is closed.
7. Participants will be verified for eligibility.
8. Eligible participants will be able to validly enter the Prize Draw from 9am on 19th October 2026 until 5pm on 20th August 2027 (the “Closing Date”), when the Prize Draw will automatically be closed. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.
9. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
10. This Prize Draw is open to UK dental students (BDS), foundation/vocational dentists and dental core trainees in the UK over the age of 18 only. It is not open to any employees of (or clinicians engaged by) mydentist.
11. Eligible participants must complete all data fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the Prize Draw entry form for their entry to be valid.
12. All entries must be submitted via the Prize Draw entry form by the Closing Date and only one entry per person is permitted.
13. The winner shall be drawn at random and the draw will be performed by mydentist on or around the first week of September 2027 (the “Draw Date”) from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. The draw will be conducted in accordance with the laws of chance and will be independently supervised. If a non-conforming entry is drawn it shall be disqualified and that ineligible entrant shall not be awarded the Prize.
14. The winner will be notified by mydentist within 7 days of the Draw Date to organise receipt of the Prize. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and mydentist will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
15. mydentist must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place
16. mydentist accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault including but not limited to technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
17. mydentist reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond mydentist’s control makes it necessary to do so.
18. The decision of mydentist regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
19. To comply with the obligation set out in paragraph 15 which is that mydentist must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place, mydentist will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@mydentist.co.uk or writes to mydentist marketing, Europa House, Europa Trading Estate, Stoneclough Road, Kearsley, Manchester M26 1GG (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact mydentist marketing@mydentist.co.uk. In such circumstances, mydentist must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
20. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. mydentist reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
21. mydentist reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where circumstances outside mydentist's reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
22. Insofar as is permitted by law, mydentist, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of mydentist, their agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
23. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in mydentist’s Privacy Policy www.mydentist.co.uk/customer-services/patient-privacy. See also paragraph 19 with regard to the announcement of winners.
24. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction
25. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta/Facebook/Instagram.

PRIZE DETAILS

Prize package for 2 adults over the age of 18 includes:
Return flights from London, UK to Mykonos, Greece
Accommodation: 3 nights' (4*) hotel accommodation in Mykonos, Greece
Spending money: 500 euros

• Prize is for 2 adults
• The Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
• The travelling companion does not need to meet the Prize Draw eligibility requirements but must be aged 18 or over.
• Economy flights from major international airports in London only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Mykonos, Greece; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
• Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and London departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;
• Spending money will be provided to the value of 500 euros for use in Greece and will be sent to the winner via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be 18 or over;
• A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation;
• Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing one double occupancy room at a 4* hotel in Mykonos;
• Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion;
• Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
• The prize excludes travel insurance, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion; Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
• All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time;
• Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
• Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
• All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guest;
• The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday;
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time
