Dr.Nicky Henderson(Specialist Orthodontist)

Dr Henderson completed her initial dental training at Edinburgh University and began her career as a hospital dentist at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast. She then spent two years in New Zealand lecturing in oral surgery followed by a further two years treating children at the Bristol Dental Hospital. After her Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons she spent a further three years obtaining a Master of Orthodontics at the internationally renowned Eastman Postgraduate Institute, London. She became a specialist orthodontist with a Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons.
Nicky treats mostly adult patients privately using braces which don’t show, such as Incognito and Invisalign (a platinum provider). She enjoys walking in the Mendip Hills with Elmer the dog and watching the Great British Bake Off on TV.
Dr.Bethan Lewis(Specialist Orthodontist)

Dr Lewis qualified as a dental surgeon in 1998 from Bristol University.
After 1 year in general practice she worked for the following 3 years in the hospital dental service. Appointments included restorative dentistry, children’s dentistry, special needs dentistry, oral medicine and oral and maxillo-facial surgery.
She completed her 3 year post-graduate training course in orthodontics at Cardiff University in 2005.
Dr Lewis joined Bristol Orthodontics, in 2005, where she still works full time.
Dr.Peter Thomas(Specialist Orthodontist)

Peter Thomas is a registered orthodontic specialist with the General Dental Council (GDC no 65064) and a member of the British Orthodontic Society.
He completed his initial dental training in 1989 at Guys Hospital in London. He then spent the next 3 years working in hospital based posts in the specialities of children’s dentistry, oral surgery and restorative dentistry. He gained his Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1992.
In 1993, he enrolled on a 3 year specialist orthodontic training at Bristol Dental Hospital and the Royal United Hospital, Bath. In 1996 he gained his Masters degree in Orthodontics and Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons. He was also awarded a national prize for the best 2 cases treated by the orthodontic postgraduates completing their specialist training that year.
In 1997 he helped set up Great George Street Orthodontic Centre in Bristol. This practice evolved into what became Bristol Orthodontics. In 2012 this practice relocated to Wallace House in Clifton, Bristol.
Peter is a certified user of Incognito and Invisalign systems. More recently he has been involved in the teaching and training of orthodontic therapists, some of whom are now employed at Wallace House.
Peter is married with a family. His interests include growing his own organic fruit and vegetables, cooking, walking, cycling and surfing.
Dr.Adrian Watts(Restorative Specialist and Dental Implant Surgeon)

Adrian Watts was appointed as a part-time Consultant in Restorative Dentistry/Hon. Senior Lecturer at Cardiff Dental School in 2009 where he is responsible for teaching implant dentistry and advanced prosthodontics to post-doctoral students undergoing specialist training for the Membership in Restorative Dentistry Diploma.
Having read Dentistry at Guy’s Hospital in London, he received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1988. Adrian completed his general professional training in a number of hospitals in the South West, including two years in general dental practice in his native Bath, before beginning a five-year specialist training programme in Restorative Dentistry at Bristol Dental Hospital in 1996. In 2001, he was awarded the one-year International Team for Implantology (ITI) Scholarship at Harvard School of Dental Medicine with Professor Hans-Peter Weber.
Adrian is a GDC registered specialist in Restorative Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Periodontics and Endodontics; enrolled at the inception of the specialist lists in 2001. He has been in private referral practice in Clifton, Bristol since 1997. Adrian brings his specialist expertise to Wallace House where he accepts referrals for advanced restorative dentistry and implant-based reconstruction, second opinions and treatment planning. He is an experienced implantology mentor, ITI Fellow and ITI Study Club Director
Dr.Andrew Hall(Dental Implant Surgeon)

Dr. Hall first qualified as a dentist in 1988 and went on to work in several hospital posts in the disciplines of Restorative Dentistry and Maxillo-Facial surgery and after building considerable experience passed the examinations to become a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1992.
Dr. Hall then took up an academic post as a lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Bristol. He held this position for several years before moving in to private practice.
Dr. Hall is one of only a few clinicians to limit his practice solely to the provision of dental implants. He now has over 20 years of experience in this field and has a success rate that exceeds 99%.
He is experienced in the all of the advanced aspects of the field including bone grafting surgery and computer guided implant surgery. At the SmileSuite we have our own CT scanner in house, which optimizes the planning of all our implant surgery.
Dr Hall is passionate about achieving the highest standards for all of his patients. He was the first UK clinician to adopt the PRGF technique for enhancing the bodies’ own natural healing mechanisms. This significantly improves the healing after implant surgery and is now a routine part of our practice.
Dr.Bindhu Mary Koshy(Specialist Periodontist)

Dr.Bindhu Koshy provides specialist treatment for periodontal diseases (gums).
She obtained Specialist qualification from the University of London in 2001 and then spent a few years working at London hospitals and Specialist Practice.
In 2006 she became Clinical Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at Cardiff University also researching periodontal destruction and peri-implantitis. She holds a teaching qualification from Cardiff University, MPhil from Cardiff University, membership of the Royal College of Surgeons; she is a Fellow of the Higher Educational Academy and is on the GDC Specialist list in Periodontology.
Dr Koshy presented her work nationally, internationally and published in leading international periodontal journals. Her expertise covers all aspects of periodontics including nonsurgical and surgical management, regeneration, aesthetics, supportive periodontal therapy and she limits her practice to specialist periodontics.
Dr.Koshy welcomes referrals and self-referrals for consultations, second opinions and treatment to stabilise periodontal condition and monitoring for optimal dental health.
