Our hiring process
Why become a Dental Therapist?
Be part of a supportive team
Providing high-quality dental care isn’t a one-person task. As a Therapist, you’ll work closely with a talented and supportive practice team, experienced clinicians, and others to treat patients. Our central marketing team can help with you getting private hygiene patients directly, or alternatively, you will get regular NHS referrals direct from our peer network of clinicians.
Dental Therapy is a rewarding career all of its own, but you’ll also have the opportunity to advance your knowledge and skills, with discounted access to a range of world-class, in-house training and CPD. This enables you to be able to move into a clinician role or provide specialist treatment in private practice.
As a Dental Therapist, you’ll regularly carry out vital dental treatments, minimising dental pain and maximising oral wellbeing for patients. It’s a hugely rewarding role where you can do real good for thousands of people.
Dental therapists in the UK can earn between £25,655 to £39,027. More experienced Therapists can earn between £40,057 and £45,839, and hourly private practice rates can range from around £20.00 to £50.00+.
