"If I could give them six stars I would! I've had a lot of treatment over the last few years, and have had excellent service from everyone there. Staff are helpful, friendly and professional, and Kinisha is the best dentist I've ever had - she's patient, efficient and kind. The practice is well organised - treatment options and payment are explained clearly, it's easy to book follow up appointments, and the text reminder system is useful. Thanks to all the team for keeping my treatment on track over the last year!"

"Well it would be fair to say that a trip to the dentist doesn't exactly rank high for anybody, but fair play, when you need rescuing from the hell that is tooth pain, these guys stepped up. Twice i had pain, a month apart, and twice they saw me within 48 hours. Twice it was an extraction...and shockingly, painless. I have had teeth out before, including in a top dental hospital, but this dentist wins my vote for friendliness, efficiency and compassion. Reception staff courteous, dentist and assistant exceptional. Big shout out to the boys who deserve recognition for their top service."

"I have just had a tooth extracted at the My Dentist surgery , North Parade, Aberystwyth. I had the most wonderful experience after being in excruciating toothache a few weeks ago, I was given antibiotics, phoned & seen by Dentist Kisha. All the staff were extremely kind and courteous. It was decided that I needed the tooth extracted which I had done earlier today. Dentist Kisha and Chris. were so kind . I suffered no pain at all and after having such bad experiences over the years it was a marvellous encounter. Thank you all so much. Shirley x"

What are dental implants? Dental implants are a fixed solution for missing teeth that are the closest possible replacement for natural teeth. They involve one or more titanium screws being inserted into your jawbone to mimic a natural tooth root. Dental crowns are securely attached to these to fill the gaps in your mouth. Because dental implants are securely anchored in your jaw you’ll have the confidence to comfortably eat whatever you like.

Consultation Your initial consultation will be with either our Implant Surgeon or Treatment Coordinator (TCO), who can discuss the different types of implants, single or multiple depending on your need. Following this there may be a need for a more clinical focused consultation.
Diagnostic Scans We will carry out a number of digital scans, to build a digital 3D model of your mouth so we can get a clear picture of the area we will place the implant, and a more detailed X-ray using a Cone Beam Computer Tomography scanner so that our Implant surgeon can assess the state of the bone below the gum to get a really clear picture of your treatment need.
Treatment Plan Once our experienced implant surgeon has assessed all of you scans they will explain the nature of your treatment, the stages involved and costs. We offer flexible payment options to make implants even more affordable.
Commence Treatment Once you are happy we will begin treatment. The length and numbers of appointments will vary depending on the complexity of your particular need, but your Implant Surgeon will have detailed all of this in your treatment plan.
Implant Placed Once the implant(s) are placed it may be necessary it might be necessary to allow time for healing before attaching the replacement teeth. Once we are happy the implant has healed we will arrange a series of appointments to fabricate the replacement teeth.
Aftercare Your Implant Surgeon will advise you about looking after your implant and may well give you some painkillers to help with the pain over the days after your surgery as well as detailed advice about cleaning the implants and the teeth attached to them.
