"This Sunday afternoon 11.4.2021 at 3pm I thought I would leave a message at the surgery in hope that someone would contact me, especially during these troubled times and the dreadful pandemic. Instead, I was greeted by a polite and caring receptionist who went above and beyond to try to arrange an emergency appointment. I am a teacher and I appreciate and understand the importance of an outstanding receptionist. They are frequently the face of your organisation and their skills should never be underestimated. I would like to say a huge thank you for taking the time to fit me in and also for being so kind and caring."

"I recently registered with this dentist after moving into the area for work. I found my dentist, Dr Rajal Mehta, and her assistant to be very professional, patient and informative during all three of my visits to this dental practice. My teeth are problematic; I have received a check up, advice, four fillings and a clean which have all been provided to a high standard. We will make sure that your teeth and overall oral health are in good shape before we start teeth straightening and check in with you regularly to make sure that the treatment is progressing as planned. That means you can rest assured that at the end of treatment your teeth will look and feel great.
